With the Russian president’s death, and Iran’s bid for nuclear warheads thwarted, American President Clarke decides to attempt peace between Israel and the Palestinians.  When senior American officials involved in the peace process are assassinated, Clarke orders CIA agent Marcus Ryker to stop the killing.  What he uncovers is a plot to kill the American president.  But is it the Russians, the Iranians, or another conspirator altogether?
